Police, firefighters and MMR responded to the scene of a three-car accident on Bay south of Shattuck that slowed traffic about 6:30 p.m. Tuesdayy. A witness at the scene said the driver of a green Chevrolet Camaro slammed on the brakes when he saw a northbound vehicle traveling in the southbound lane of Bay.
